Lead and manage piling crew to ensure effective execution of all tasks.
Supervise and coordinate daily piling activities on site, including bored piles, CFA, driven piles, or other specialist ground engineering techniques.
Interpret project drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Ensure proper setup and operation of piling rigs, cranes, and other related machinery.
Monitor site safety, enforce safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety compliance.
Maintain equipment and ensure all machinery is operating effectively and safely.
Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
Keep daily records of work progress, labor, equipment, and materials used.
Assist in training and mentoring junior crew members.
Ensure piling work is carried out in accordance with environmental, geotechnical, and structural requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in piling or ground engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience with various piling techniques and equipment.
Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.
