Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled

Piling Foreman

to supervise and coordinate piling works on-site for deep foundation projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have

more than 10 years of hands-on piling experience

, with strong knowledge of piling techniques, crew supervision, and site safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate

daily piling operations

including rotary, CFA, driven piles, or micro piling based on project scope. Lead and manage site teams including rig operators, crane operators, helpers, and labourers. Interpret technical drawings, pile layouts, and ensure work is carried out as per design and specification. Ensure proper setup of rigs, cranes, and equipment in coordination with engineers and operators. Monitor pile depths, diameters, and verticality; assist in pile testing and logging. Enforce safety procedures and ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with

HSE regulations

. Report daily progress to site engineers and project managers. Coordinate with surveyors for setting out and positioning of pile points. Identify and solve minor technical or operational issues on-site. Maintain good housekeeping, efficient workflow, and ensure minimum equipment downtime. Support rig mobilization/demobilization and monitor site logistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience

in

piling works

, preferably in the UAE or GCC. Strong understanding of piling methods such as

rotary bored piling, CFA, driven piles

, and

diaphragm walls

. Proven experience leading site crews and coordinating heavy equipment operations (rigs, cranes, etc.). Ability to read technical drawings and execute works accordingly. Sound knowledge of

construction safety regulations and site procedures

. Good communication and leadership skills; ability to manage a diverse workforce. Familiarity with geotechnical and soil-related challenges in piling operations. Basic knowledge of rig and crane maintenance is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Multilingual skills (English, Hindi/Urdu, Arabic) are an advantage.

Willingness to travel across UAE for work-related purposes.
