to join our construction team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a
minimum of 3 years of experience
working with recognized
piling companies
and possess a
valid UAE driving license
. The chargehand will support the foreman in coordinating and supervising daily site activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Piling Foreman in supervising and organizing site work crews.
Ensure timely execution of piling activities such as rig setup, drilling, casing installation, concreting, and site preparation.
Supervise assigned manpower and ensure proper allocation of tasks.
Ensure work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
Report daily progress and any site issues to the Piling Foreman or Site Engineer.
Maintain the condition and readiness of tools and small equipment used in piling operations.
Support in handling materials and logistics related to piling work.
Enforce housekeeping and HSE practices among crew members on site.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of hands-on experience
in
piling operations
, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
Good knowledge of piling methods and site operations.
Valid
UAE driving license
.
Ability to understand work instructions and basic site drawings.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in similar roles with reputable piling contractors.
Familiarity with Abu Dhabi site regulations and safety practice

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
