Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Piling Estimation Engineer
to join our team and play a critical role in our project planning and execution.Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimation works within Piling and Shoring field. Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project documents to understand requirements. Estimate quantities of materials, labor and equipment. Prepare accurate cost estimates for piling, shoring, and marine projects. Develop detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns. Research pricing information for competitiveness. Adjust estimates for scope changes. Participate in site visits and client interactions. Preparation of variations as per the site requirements and follow-up. Data preparation after award/lost of any project. Negotiations with sub-contractors during tender and after award of project and co-ordination with Procurement manager in preparation of LPOs.
