Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled
Estimation Engineer
with
3-5 years of UAE experience
in
roads and infrastructure projects
. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of handling tendering and estimation tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimations for roads and infrastructure projects.
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in tender evaluations and submissions.
Coordinate with the engineering and procurement teams to ensure consistency in pricing and quantities.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per client requirements.
Maintain and update a database of suppliers, prices, and historical project costs.
Requirements:
3-5 years of estimation experience
in
roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE
.
Strong understanding of UAE construction market, pricing, and regulations.
Proficient in estimation software, MS Excel, and AutoCAD.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
