Role and Responsibilities
Functional Fitness are excited to be able to offer a unique role in Abu Dhabi and UAE. The first ever FS8 Reformer Pilates Studio Manager. We are seeking an in-studio leader. A dedicated passionate about Pilates, wellness and fitness. Committed to delivering unrivalled member experiences and service development at our brand new FS8 studio.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong process-driven mindset and team-building skills. Bringing the administration and organisation capabilities to ensure efficient implementation of an exceptional service, with a genuine desire for improving coaching and business building.
Key Attributes
Hosting and Sales will be a significant part of the role. As such, previous hospitality experience and/or sales experience would be a benefit.
Exceptional administration and communication skills; self-motivated and process oriented.
Strong work ethic and commitment to studio and brand values.
Ability to cultivate relationships with clients, colleagues, and business partners.
Passion for Pilates, Wellness & Fitness and motivation to inspire others.
Leading by example for retention and strategy implementation to meet performance goals.
Strong leadership in customer service, coaching delivery and community/member engagement.
Requirements
Certification from an internationally recognized Pilates organization required.
Certification from an internationally recognized fitness organization preferred.
Qualification or certification in management strongly preferred.
Previous managerial experience strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, with at least 1 year of experience in the UAE preferred.
CPR/AED First Aid Certification required.
Experience with Reformer Pilates strongly preferred.
FS8 Specific training and certification will be provided to the successful candidate
