Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a

PHYSICAL THERAPIST/PHYSIOTHERAPIST who has a

DHA Licensed to be based in Dubai. The Candidate should be open to working at a Healthcare Clinic.

The ideal candidate is a skilled professional that is passionate about delivering quality care and making a real difference.

Healthagon is a Rehabilitation Clinic & Home Healthcare providing Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Assisted Stretching services, and more.

Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to:

The assessment of required care and the development, implementation, and evaluation of holistic patient care Communicating effectively at all levels within the interdisciplinary team. Promoting a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research, evidence-based practice, and the development of additional clinical skills in the specialty. Assisting in the safe, effective, and efficient management of the department with allocated resources. The core skills used by physiotherapists include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and the application of electrotherapy. Bonus to have skills such as reflexology or acupuncture. Amend therapy plans based on client performance, motivation, safety, and therapy outcome measures collected. Conduct physical, psycho-social, and impairment-based assessments to determine required therapy. Design SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) goals with clients and stakeholders. Design discharge and continuity of care plans with stakeholders. Promoting good health and well-being through education. Understanding, supporting, and promoting the mission, vision, and values of the facility Adhering to and promoting the Professional Code of Conduct for Dubai

Desired Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years as a Physical Therapist in a rehabilitation/community/outpatient facility in Dubai DHA License Degree of an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice
