Experience in construction, fit-out, or mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and MEP layouts.
Familiarity with DM, DCD, and DEWA approval processes.
Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical reports as required.
Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
Ensure work progress aligns with project schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other departments to resolve technical issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and adherence to company policies.
Support project engineers in documentation and approval follow-ups with authorities (DM, DCD, DEWA).
Provide technical guidance to site teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
