To ensure security for Vodafone Egypt people and assets from circumstances of physical nature.
Manage the Base Transmission Stations (BTS) regional security teams that includes five regional teams and a 24/7 BTS Security Operation Center, this will typically include managing a second line of direct reports, and teams of managed services, with the responsibility to secure at least 8500 BTS sites, with at least 3400 local guards to ensure the implementation of the business requirements of having a 24/7 operational network without security impact , and reduce the security incidents/thefts that the BTS sites are subject to and set/modify security standards and processes that would serve the purpose.
Job Responsibility
• Create, Develop and Maintain physical security policies, standards, and processes
Develop and maintains Company-wide security architecture, through the adoption of Group best practice, and continuous process improvement
Develop and analyze the physical security strategies, that aims at loss prevention and prevention of security incidents of physical nature
Ensure alignment with VF group people and asset security strategies and directions
Manage all issues related to BTS physical security (at least 8000 sites)

Experience in mobile technologies is a plus.
Good communication skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications: Education: A degree in security management Work Experience: 7- 10 years’ experience in the security field Deep understanding of physical security aspects and principles Aware of finance management principles Experience of applicable laws Experience in team management, incident handling and analysis Should have good communication skills to interact smoothly with other internal and external teams Should possess basic management skills and leadership traits Excellent command of the English language being able to read and write technical papers at maximum proficiency Special requirements: Creativity and openness to new ideas. Innovation and Self-motivation Work independently with minimum supervision
