Real Estate Media & Photography Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Media & Photography Specialist to join our real estate team. This role involves producing visually stunning images and videos that highlight the best features of residential properties. The ideal candidate has a strong creative eye, technical photography skills, and experience in digital media tailored for real estate marketing.

Responsibilities:

Photograph and film properties for listings, advertisements, and promotional materials. Capture interior, exterior, and lifestyle shots that showcase each property's unique features. Edit and enhance photos and videos to meet professional real estate standards. Manage and organize digital assets for use across marketing channels. Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) for social media campaigns. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align visuals with brand goals. Maintain and operate photography, and video equipment. Stay current with real estate marketing trends and visual media best practices.

Requirements:

Creative storytelling skills and an understanding of real estate aesthetics. Proven experience in real estate photography and videography. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Strong attention to detail, composition, and lighting.
Ability to commute/relocate: Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
