Serdar Properties is a real estate brokerage in Business Bay, Dubai, specializing in off-plan and luxury properties. We are looking for a

creative media professional

who can manage property photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design for our marketing and sales campaigns.

The role involves producing high-quality

photos, videos, and designs

for real estate listings, social media, websites, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate should be multi-skilled in media production with a strong creative portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot professional photos and videos of properties (interior, exterior, drone if certified) Create video walkthroughs, promotional reels, and lifestyle content Edit photos and videos for use on property portals, social media, and websites Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and online posts Work closely with the marketing and sales team to deliver creative content on time Ensure all media aligns with brand standards and client requirements

Requirements

2+ years' experience as photographer/videographer/editor (real estate preferred) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools) Strong creative portfolio (must provide link when applying) Good understanding of lighting, composition, and editing Knowledge of graphic design for marketing and social media UAE driving licence preferred (for property site visits) Currently in UAE and available to join immediately

Salary & Benefits

AED 4,000 - 8,000 per month (depending on experience) Visa, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE law Professional office in Business Bay, Dubai All required equipment provided (or allowance if using own)
