Edit and enhance images and videos for use across multiple platforms (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Create virtual tours, reels, and walkthrough videos optimized for social media and real estate platforms.
Graphic Design
Design eye-catching brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce campaigns and promotional materials.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage and grow the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Develop and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Stay up-to-date with real estate and digital trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate photography/videography and graphic design
(portfolio required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Experience managing social media platforms, especially in the UAE market.
Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement algorithms, and branding.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and storytelling skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
UAE driving license is a plus
Owned visa is a plus
