Key Responsibilities:
Design and create high-quality visual content (images, videos, animations) for social media, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Plan, schedule, and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and maintain brand consistency.
Stay up to date with current trends, tools, and best practices in design and social media marketing.
Manage social media community interactions (comments, messages, engagement).
Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas and design materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer and/or Social Media Specialist.
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).
Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong time management skills.
Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
