We are seeking an experienced
Pharmacy Manager
to lead and manage the daily operations of our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain compliance with UAE health regulations, and deliver excellent customer service.Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff performance Ensure compliance with all UAE pharmacy laws and DOH regulations Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination Provide guidance and training to pharmacists and assistants Ensure accurate dispensing and customer counseling Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or equivalent) Valid UAE pharmacist license (DOH) 3-5 years of pharmacy management experience in the UAE Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent knowledge of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products
