Job Title: Pharmacy Manager (6 Branches)

Location: Ajman

We are seeking a highly skilled

Pharmacy Manager

to oversee the operations of 6 branches, driving operational efficiency, profitability, and growth. This leadership role requires a strong business acumen, exceptional management skills, and a passion for providing top-quality pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

Oversee daily operations across all branches, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Revenue Maximization:

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and optimize branch profitability.

Expense Management:

Drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high service standards, including budget management, effective inventory control, and reducing waste.

Loss Control & Expiry Management:

Implement robust systems for stock management, reducing loss through theft, spoilage, and expiry. Ensure inventory is properly rotated and waste minimized.

Team Management & Training:

Lead recruitment, training, and development programs for pharmacy staff across all locations. Foster a high-performing, motivated team to meet organizational goals.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each branch, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD). Minimum 3 years of management experience in a pharmacy setting, with multi-location experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in pharmacy operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance. Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and implement operational improvements.
