In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with an effective pharmaceutical service by dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners as well as providing information to customers about medications and their use.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customers with an effective pharmaceutical service by dispensing drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners as well as providing information to customers about medications and their use.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer prescriptions to ensure accuracy, identify the required medications, and assess their appropriateness.
- Provides customers with guidance on drug interactions, side effects, correct dosage, and proper medication storage.
- Ensure all medications prescribed are only prescribed from the formulary list.
- Ensures full understanding of the customer's needs by asking necessary questions and offering assistance as needed.
- Achieves sales targets by employing effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling across all Super Care product categories.
- Orders and manages pharmaceutical and medical supplies, ensuring proper stock levels, storage, and handling.
