Duty Hours: 10 hours/day

Pharmacist

to join our retail pharmacy team. If you are passionate about patient care, have a strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, and are looking to be part of a forward-thinking organization, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and understand prescriptions and dispense medications as per MOH regulations. Advise patients on the proper use of medications, including precautions and contraindications. Dispense OTC products, vitamins, nutrition supplements, skincare, and general health care products. Prepare a list of shortages and order medications and stock as per the operational manual. Monitor and manage stock, including checking for short expiry items and slow-moving stock, and take appropriate action. Follow pharmacy timing, dress code, and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with the immediate manager to improve business and profitability. Report any unacceptable behavior or actions by colleagues that could affect the company's reputation or business. Ensure correct pricing and barcode labeling on all products as per MOH and company policy. Record all sales and other revenues according to company procedures. Return unsold stock to its proper place before leaving the pharmacy at the end of each shift.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's/Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Valid MOH License (UAE). Minimum 2 years of UAE retail pharmacy experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations. Proficient in using pharmacy software and computers. Strong analytical and business acumen. Disciplined, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented.
