, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Pharma products consisting of Gyn, Paediatrics, GP and ENT range . This role is pivotal in driving product success through strategic planning, market analysis, sales training, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and sustainable market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and long-term vision.
Conduct comprehensive market research and customer needs analysis.
Develop and deliver product training sessions for the sales team.
Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare marketing collateral, training materials, and product documentation.
Visit doctors and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to analyse the market gaps and fill them
Budgeting and Sales Forecasting
Searching/Identifying therapy gaps (New Product Development) & new business opportunities
Identifying market access barriers and removing them.
Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio
Planning promotional activities/ CMEs
Support the Sales team with market data, documentation/ clinical studies, Field force training and the representation in exhibitions
Designing - Marketing collaterals (digital and physical), Product presentations, give aways etc.
Good understanding of Salesforce CRM software and other relevant tools
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle including updates, enhancements, and discontinuation.
Support pricing strategies and contribute to cost optimization efforts.
Monitor and analyze competitor products, positioning, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and online product education.
Identify and evaluate new product opportunities and innovation trends.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
Minimum:
Bachelors degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
Preferred:
MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1+ years of relevant experience in product management in Pharmaceuticals.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
