Act as point of first reference for all product related queries and work collaboratively with sales team to address any challenge/issue that may arise from the customers
Do close liaison with the field force, assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure the promotional material is being used optimally
Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current and new product introductions
Assist in the development of annual marketing plan
Responsible for preparing product forecasts & brand plans. Plan monthly field visits to meet important KOLs
Supervision & ensuring monthly dispatch of promotional inputs to the sales team
Drive the development and monitoring of annual business plans and programs that will maximize HCP endorsement, market penetration and product profitability while aligning to the brand objectives
Lead the implementation of professional programs including product advertising, detailing, sampling, CME and promotional activities; and evaluate their effectiveness.
Conducting campaigns - Doctor front and Field Force front
Conducting training sessions for sales team - class-room and on job with focus on effective in-clinic performance
Education:
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy; Master's in marketing would be preferred
Requirements:
7-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing in UAE/GCC
Exposure of launching new products in the market
Well versed with MS office
