As part of our growth, we are seeking a talented Property Finder & Bayut Experienced to join our marketing team to manage and optimize property listings across various real estate platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Property Listings:
Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on various online real estate portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Just Property, etc.) to ensure consistency and correctness in property details, images, and descriptions.
Optimization of Listings:
Optimize property listings to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead generation by using relevant keywords, high-quality images, and compelling descriptions.
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Teams:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all property listings align with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts. Ensure that the listings reflect the latest offers, prices, and availability.
Monitor Portal Performance:
Track the performance of property listings across different portals, identify trends, and suggest strategies to improve listing visibility and engagement.
Content Creation and Editing:
Ensure that all property descriptions are engaging, accurate, and compelling while adhering to company branding and communication standards.
Data Management:
Maintain an organized database of all property listings and ensure seamless integration between internal systems and external portals.
Lead Management:
Monitor leads generated through property listings, ensuring timely follow-up and collaboration with the sales team to convert leads into actual sales or rentals.
Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on portal performance, listing traffic, and lead conversion to the marketing team and senior management. Offer insights and recommendations for improving overall portal strategy.
Stay Updated with Market Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the real estate market, as well as changes to portal algorithms, to ensure that property listings remain competitive and aligned with industry best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing property listings on real estate portals, ideally within a real estate company.
Proven experience in handling property listings and digital content management.
Proficiency in managing listings on real estate portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, JustProperty, or similar platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles to improve listing performance and visibility.
Familiarity with CRM tools and content management systems (CMS).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure listings are accurate, up-to-date, and meet high-quality standards.
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to property listings and ensure listings are accurately displayed.
Time Management:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple listings and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
