We are expanding our Dubai team and hiring

real estate agents

for both

Off-Plan

and

Secondary market

sales. Whether you specialize in one or work across both -- we have space and support for you. You'll be part of a high-performance, flexible team environment designed to help you close more deals and grow faster.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert leads for either Off-Plan or Secondary sales Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property viewings Maintain strong market and project knowledge across key developers Manage listings and clients with admin/media team support Use CRM and follow-up tools effectively to manage your pipeline Collaborate with marketing to promote listings and personal brand Close deals and provide excellent client service post-sale
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the Dubai market English is a must; additional languages are a strong plus UAE driving license preferred (with own car) Motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on results Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills Team player with independence and high standards
