Responsible for managing the Visa Process (Visa & Labour Card Application/ Cancellation/EID Renewal) in coordination with the PRO for all staff on board/new recruits. Ensuring that Passports/Visas/Emirates ID cards/Occupational Health Cards etc are renewed in time without fines or delays. Responsible for maintaining all passports in safe custody. Take necessary precautions in order to maintain official documents from loss or damage. Responsible or liaising with the lawyer in order to deal with police cases/court cases. Responsible renewing company licenses & legal agreements without delay. Conducting official visits to the government offices (passport office, labor office, recruitment office etc.) as and when required. Liaises closely with government entities on the latest changes and report it to supervisor. Registering details of local employees in UAE Pension Authority and ensuring prompt pension payment without delays. Ensure application and renewal of Occupational Health Cards for all relevant employees. Ensure semi-annual health screening is conducted for all relevant employees. Investigating & submitting Occupational injuries/Sick leaves to MOL within 3 days of occurrence. Maintain and update employee information accurately (i.e. Manpower, Vacation, Passport Reports etc) Prepare various types circulars and memos upon request. Prepare NOC\xe2\x80\x99s, Salary Certificates, Increment letters, Appreciation Letters / Certificates, Warning letters etc for employees. Preparation warning letters in accordance with company rules & regulations and obtain HR Executive Manger approval. Register and process Business trips, leave forms, loans, transfer note, sick leave etc Following up time attendance system with Admin Assistant for all employees and take necessary action as per MOL approved disciplinary code in case of any discrepancy.. Perform other duties as requested within the scope of the department. Reporting and assisting HR Supervisor to support the overall human resource functions for recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and compensation and benefits. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • same field in Manufacturing: 5 years (Required)
