With a strong focus on member experience, expert coaching, and results-driven training, we are expanding our team and looking for a Certified Female Personal Trainer who is energetic, professional, and passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals.
Role Overview
The Female Personal Trainer will work closely with clients to create personalized workout plans, conduct engaging training sessions, and support their fitness journey with motivation, guidance, and expertise. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, coaching, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct tailored one-on-one personal training sessions.
Create structured fitness programs aligned with member goals.
Teach correct exercise techniques and ensure safe training practices.
Track and monitor client progress with professionalism and accuracy.
Provide motivation, encouragement, and continuous support to clients.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment.
Assist with group classes, workshops, or special programs when required.
Work closely with colleagues to enhance overall member experience.
Requirements
Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE or equivalent certification).
Strong understanding of strength training, functional fitness, and conditioning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, friendly, and professional with a client-focused attitude.
Ability to train clients of all fitness levels.
Flexible availability, especially during peak training times.
