About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Female Personal Trainer who holds a REPs Level 3 certification to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, thrives in a team environment, and is driven to help members achieve their goals through personalized training programs and energetic group classes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
Lead group classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Actively promote and sell personal training packages to achieve monthly sales targets.
Perform fitness assessments, track client progress, and provide ongoing support and motivation.
Contribute to creating a positive and empowering fitness environment for all members.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance client experience and retention.
Requirements:
REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (mandatory).
Minimum of 1 year experience in personal training or group coaching (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed.
Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
