Key Responsibilities
? Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout programs
? Provide one-on-one and group training sessions
? Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention
? Monitor clients' progress and adjust programs accordingly
? Offer basic nutrition and lifestyle advice to complement fitness goals
? Ensure the gym environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained
? Motivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
? Keep up with industry trends and continuously improve training methods
? Promote personal training services and contribute to gym membership growth
Requirements

Certification:
Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA)
?
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal training or fitness coaching
?
Education:
A degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus
?
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
?
Languages:
English (required); Arabic is a plus
?
Work Authorization:
Must be eligible to work in the UAE
