PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

Leads and coordinates individual or group adult fitness/physical training sessions for a specified health and fitness program. Deliver exceptional customer service experience to our members (future, past and present) while providing high level Personal Training sessions and Inductions. Perform across all Fitness KPIs and ensure brand standards are upheld on and off the gym floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. PROCESS

Educate and enforce FitnGlam etiquette and regulations as designated in club rules, which includes, ensuring the equipment is clean after use and returned to their allocated storage areas To use Sentinel, BodyGee and other operating systems and manuals as introduced by the company. Maintain personal schedule on Sentinel (timings, inductions, PTs and prospecting). Final day plan to be completed the day before. Always ensure clean and fully operational facilities. To comply with all Health and Safety responsibilities Regularly maintain personal business plan to be reviewed with Fitness Manager monthly. Achieving PT sessions revenue targets as per Fitness Manager instructions Completing PT induction as per set targets Ensure attentiveness on the gym floor, assisting members with correction, demonstrating a high standard of instruction and advice on exercise execution that will ensure their safety and maximize exercise effectiveness. Support all club events and actively promote FitnGlam services thus ensuring that members will maximize their gym membership. Maintain relevant communication channels with members to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued. Use member's names when interacting with them - politely introduce yourself with members Consistent 121s with Fitness Manager to learn more about the overall company business and to ensure continuous professional development. Deliver High quality personal training programs Complete Personal Training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements Wear full FitnGlam uniform and name badge provided, at all times, to interact with members. 1 x Floor Shift per day wearing "COACH" T-shirt. Coach must update daily rota and make sure all info is correct / clients are confirmed the day before. Ensure that personal training session attendance is approved by trainer and client. Assist Fitness Manager with rota administrative functions. Maintain REPs certification by completing 10 CPD points per year Inform all members of expiry of personal training sessions and complete the needful contract extension form with all pertaining documents i.e. medical or travel evidence to support the extension request. Inform all personal training members at the signing of the personal training terms & conditions of the FitnGlam cancellation policy, specifically that they must inform you of a cancelled session 24 hours in advance or they will be charged for the session missed. Also ensure that members sign this policy every time they start a personal training contract. At the end of a calendar month, provide all personal training session to Fitness Manager so that they can audit all sessions prior to commission approval. Attend all meetings as required by the business.

2. PEOPLE

Support all club events and actively promote FitnGlam services thus ensuring that members will maximize their gym membership.

Deliver energetic and high-quality group fitness classes, personal training programs and inductions.

Maintain relevant communication channels with members in order to accommodate feedback/criticism and ensure members feel welcome and valued.

Distribute handouts and/or class evaluations, if appropriate, and answer questions from participants after each session; assist in performing follow up and communication with participants as required.

Promote all classes and coaches--we are all on the same team!

Promote efficiency and team spirit in all departments

Track progress of clients and maintain client files on a daily basis.

Represent the club/brand as per the Brand guidelines.

Represent the brand with pride in and out of the gym

Promote your PT business in and out of the gym

Motivate members in a passionate and professional manner

Willing to work more than contracted hours if required.

Provide feedback regarding personal and member experience; offer a solution if applicable

Pay: AED5,500.00 per month
