The job holder will be responsible for maximizing sales leading to store target achievement by providing expert advice and giving highest level of customized and personal customer service to individual shoppers. Key Requirements: . Meet individual and store sales targets by gaining repeat business . Building a base of loyal & repeat customers . Increase the Average Transaction Value and Basket size . Setting and Delivering the highest level of customer service standard for sales . Providing a shopping experience which is easy, productive and inspiring . Provide expert product knowledge . Make recommendations (Suggestive selling and upselling) based on insight on customer needs . Take excellent care of the customers by satisfying each customer's needs, exceeding their expectations, and giving each customer a lot of attention, getting to know their likes and dislikes and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience . Show initiative to meet customers' needs . Advise promotions and fast selling lines . Maintain a detailed knowledge of the merchandise/ products stocked in the store . Provide information about the customers (likes, dislikes and opinions) to the dept. in charge/store management . Be abreast on competition/industry.

Education Graduates / High School with Diploma
Language English - Basic Arabic - Mandatory
