The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative assistance,executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to support the daily operations of the company.Effective communication skills will be essential in coordinating with different stakeholders. Qualifications Personal Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills Clerical skills, including record-keeping reorganizing Executive Administrative Assistance skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and Accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in a similar role is a plus Relevant skills and qualifications in secretarial studio office administration would be beneficial for this role.
