Sales Executives - Personal Loan

with a passion for financial sales and a drive to achieve high results. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with

6 months to 1 year of experience

in

personal loan sales

, either in the UAE or in their home country.

This role offers exposure to

leading UAE banks

, competitive incentives, and strong career advancement opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to individual customers Generate leads through

cold calling, referrals, and direct client engagement

Understand customer needs and recommend

tailored financial solutions

Meet and exceed

monthly targets

for loan disbursements Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with

banking guidelines

Develop and maintain long-term client relationships Stay updated on

financial products, market trends, and competitor activity

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience in

personal loan sales

(UAE or home country) Strong communication and customer relationship skills Sales-focused mindset with the ability to handle objections Ability to meet sales targets under pressure Must be currently residing in the UAE Immediate joiners preferred
