Fintrek Marketing is actively hiring experienced and target-driven Sales Executives to promote personal loan products in Abu Dhabi. If you have a strong background in financial product sales, excellent communication skills, and are looking for a high-earning potential role, we want to hear from you!

This position offers a negotiable salary, attractive commissions, and the opportunity to grow within one of the UAE's leading financial marketing firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products from leading banks to eligible clients

Identify customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions

Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activity

Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system

Stay informed about UAE financial regulations and product guidelines

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of personal loan sales experience in the UAE is mandatory

Strong sales and communication skills with the ability to close deals

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Must be currently based in the UAE

Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools

Knowledge of UAE banking and financial products is a plus

UAE driving license is an added advantage
