Sales Executives - Personal Loan Specialists

to join our fast-paced and growth-focused team in Dubai.

Whether you're a

fresh graduate ready to start your sales journey

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to salaried individuals Conduct cold calling, field sales, and lead generation activities Guide clients through

loan application processes and eligibility

Ensure customer documentation complies with

banking guidelines

Meet and exceed

monthly targets

and sales KPIs Maintain strong follow-up and build lasting client relationships Stay updated on

bank policies, credit rules, and financial regulations

Candidate Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates

are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow UAE banking or loan sales experience is a plus but

not mandatory

Able to work independently and in a team environment Must be currently in the UAE and available to join on short notice
