Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to salaried individuals Generate leads through

field activity

, cold calling, and referrals Analyze and assess customer eligibility and match them with loan offers Provide

consultation on financial products

and documentation requirements Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement Meet or exceed

monthly sales targets and performance KPIs

Ensure compliance with

UAE banking regulations and internal guidelines

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

personal loan or banking sales

in the UAE Strong communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills Results-oriented with a

track record of meeting sales targets

Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be available for

immediate joining or short notice period

Familiarity with UAE bank loan policies and Central Bank guidelines is a plus
