Fintrek Marketing is seeking a

Sales Executive - Personal Loan

to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for candidates with at least

1 year of experience

in personal loan sales who have a passion for targets, customer engagement, and a clear understanding of UAE's financial market.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible clients Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field outreach Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Manage and maintain customer relationships Clearly explain loan terms, eligibility, and documentation requirements Ensure all activities align with banking policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in personal loan sales Strong knowledge of personal loan products and banking practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Must be currently available in the UAE Immediate joiners are preferred
