We're Hiring: Sales Executive - Personal Finance

Location: UAE (Dubai)

Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month (based on experience) + Attractive Commission

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Financial Sales / Personal Loan / Banking

Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in personal finance or loan products? We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive - Personal Finance to join our fast-growing team. This role offers excellent earnings potential with a competitive salary and performance-based commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell personal finance products such as personal loans, credit cards, and other banking solutions

Identify and develop new leads through cold calling, referrals, and field activity

Conduct in-person or virtual client meetings to understand financial needs

Explain eligibility, documentation, and product features to clients clearly

Work towards achieving individual monthly sales targets

Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Report daily performance and market feedback to the team leader/manager

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan, financial sales, or banking

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment

Knowledge of financial products and UAE market practices

Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Candidates with a background in loan sales, credit cards, or retail finance will be prioritized
