Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan

,

credit card

, and other

banking products

Source potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and field visits Explain product features, documentation, and eligibility clearly to clients Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to assess financial needs Maintain strong client relationships and secure referrals Meet or exceed monthly individual and team targets Update daily sales activity and client feedback to the reporting manager

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

financial sales

,

personal loans

, or

banking

Excellent communication and presentation skills Confident in negotiating and closing deals Must be

target-driven

, self-motivated, and organized Bachelor's degree preferred, not mandatory Familiarity with UAE banking & financial services market is a plus Immediate joiners are highly preferred
