experienced Personal Loan Sales Executives

to join our expanding team in

Abu Dhabi

. If you have a strong sales background in the UAE banking sector and are ready to boost your income, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

personal loan products

to individuals Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field activity, and online platforms Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, rates, and documentation clearly to clients Manage the end-to-end loan process - from application to disbursal Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of personal loan sales experience in the UAE

Familiarity with

UAE loan products

and

Central Bank guidelines

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven and self-motivated personality Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is an advantage) Currently based in

Abu Dhabi

or willing to relocate

Immediate joiners preferred
