Job Title: Personal Assistant to Managing Director (High-Responsibility, High-Growth Role)

About the Role



This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly enthusiastic and growth-driven Managing Director. The right candidate will gain hands-on exposure to strategic initiatives, organizational planning, international expansion, and leadership decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is a strong analytical thinker, capable of thinking from an owner's perspective, and committed to supporting both business and personal operations with high maturity. This role offers exceptional career growth, with the potential to progress into managerial or even C-level positions as GWT expands across multiple regions.

This is not a typical 9-5 PA role. We need someone who is reliable, self-driven, always reachable when required, and excited to grow alongside the leadership.

Key Responsibilities



Business Support:

Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, travel plans, and meetings. Draft and respond to professional emails, letters, and WhatsApp communication. Prepare meeting briefs, minutes, summaries, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, suppliers, and partners. Track action items and ensure timely completion by relevant departments. Assist the MD in monitoring strategic projects and company-wide priorities. Prepare dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports.

Expansion & External Coordination:

Liaise with external consultants to set up branch companies in new countries. Support documentation, registrations, legal follow-up, and corporate compliance. Assist in building teams in new locations. Act as a direct representative of the MD in follow-ups with external agencies, banks, and JV partners.

Personal Support:

Manage personal appointments, reminders, travel, and daily requirements. Coordinate with external service providers or vendors when needed.

Qualifications:

MBA graduates, engineering graduates, business graduates, or dropouts with strong skills and drive are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and email drafting skills. Strong analytical ability. MS Office & Google Workspace proficiency. Power BI knowledge is an added advantage. Strong coordination and follow-up discipline. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
