Fables Interiors is seeking a dedicated and proactive
Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
to support the MD with day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across the office. This role combines executive assistance with social media management, HR, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
:
Provide full administrative and personal support to the Managing Director
Manage and coordinate the MD's daily calendar, meetings, and appointments
Handle the MD's and company's
social media accounts
(Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Draft communications, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items
Support and manage HR and general
admin responsibilities
Maintain accurate records and documents
Use
MS Excel
for reporting, data management, and HR tracking
Requirements
:
Prior experience as a
Personal Assistant
or in an admin/HR support role
Strong
communication skills
- written and verbal
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
, especially
Excel
Familiarity with managing
social media platforms
Highly organized, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
UAE
Driving License
is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
License/Certification:
Driving License (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
