Multisystem Technology is a U.A.E based company for Digital Printing Solutions. We specialize in sales, marketing, support and wholesale distribution of printing solutions
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, handling mail, and performing general office tasks.
Conducting research and preparing reports or presentations.
Screening calls, managing emails, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Maintaining client activities in CRM
Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
Running errands, assisting with household management, and handling other personal requests as needed.
Arranging travel, accommodation, and transportation, and preparing itineraries.
Qualifications:
*Communication and negotiation skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
*Professional and courteous demeanor.
*Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Should be 25 to 29 years old

Experience:
Proficiency in Excel is a must
