Key Responsibilities
Manage MD's calendar, meetings, emails, and daily priorities
Act as the
first point of contact
for clients, banks, and partners
Handle
first-level client discussions
, requirement screening, and follow-ups
Coordinate proposals, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Liaise with internal teams (consulting, compliance, real estate)
Assist with banking coordination, KYC, and corporate documentation
Draft professional emails, reports, and summaries
Eligibility & Requirements
MBA (Full-time) from a reputed institute - mandatory
Freshers or candidates with up to
4 years of experience
Exposure to
banking, consulting, finance, corporate services, or client servicing
preferred
Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
Strong organisational and follow-up skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Candidate Profile
Presentable, confident, and business-oriented
Comfortable interacting with senior management and HNIs
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Quick learner with strong attention to detail
