We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Managing Director and Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage the Executive Director's daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain records, files, and documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
Act as the first point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action points.
Family Assistance:
Provide administrative and logistical support for family-related matters, such as scheduling appointments, travel planning, and event coordination.
Coordinate household management tasks or liaise with domestic staff/service providers as required.
Handle any ad-hoc personal requests with discretion and professionalism.
