Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare and organize briefing materials for meetings, conferences, and events.
Act as a gatekeeper, screen communications, and prioritize urgent matters.
Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with internal departments, board members, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
Attend key meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Project & Task Management
Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and research tasks.
Track progress and deadlines, ensuring the CEO is briefed on project statuses.
Handle confidential projects involving human resources, partnerships, and business development.
Travel & Event Planning
Arrange complex travel itineraries including accommodations, transportation, and meeting logistics.
Organize executive offsites, internal meetings, conferences, and board events.
Personal Assistance
Provide limited personal support such as coordinating personal appointments, errands, and travel.
Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling all personal and business-related matters.
