Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) and prioritize communications
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and other documents
Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks
Perform ad hoc administrative and personal support tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Discretion and confidentiality are essential
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
