Personal Assistant to Operations Director - Dubai, UAE

We are hiring a
Personal Assistant (PA)
to support our
Operations Director
with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and project administration across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's
calendar, scheduling, and reminders
Support
project logistics and coordination
(suppliers, timelines, task follow-ups)
Handle
incoming calls and project inquiries
, log details accurately, and escalate to the Operations Director
Prepare and maintain
project documents, trackers, and reports
Assist with
stock/asset organization
and general operations administration
Attend
client meetings
with the Director and take
minutes/action points
Provide
on-site support when required
to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements
Must have own UAE visa
Strong
organization and time management
skills (able to juggle multiple tasks)
Excellent
communication
(English required; additional languages are a plus)
IT literate
with solid Microsoft Office skills (
Excel, Word, PowerPoint
)
Professional, proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced events environment
