Summary:

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chairman/CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the Chairman's schedule, correspondence, and tasks are efficiently managed. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential matters while maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

Manage the Chairman's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.
Take minutes in meetings, follow up on action points, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate international and domestic travel, accommodation, and logistics.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.
Administrative & Office Management:

Oversee office operations and ensure all required documents and materials are prepared for the Chairman.
Liaise with internal departments, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
Manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business dealings.
Supervise office staff assigned to the Chairman and ensure efficient workflow.
Personal Assistance:

Manage personal appointments, events, and commitments of the Chairman.
Handle personal travel arrangements, residence management, and other household requirements.
Assist with financial matters such as expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
Experience in working with VIPs, executives, or high-net-worth individuals is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:

Experience in the same capacity would be an advantage.
Familiarity with administrative and HR functions is beneficial.
Fluency in multiple languages (Arabic, English, etc.) is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
