Zen Film Productions is an award-winning Dubai based boutique film and video production SME that focuses on curating content ranging from films, corporate videos, music videos and more for Middle Eastern and Asian markets. We are looking for a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the organisation\'s female CEO as well as organisational leadership as required. In this position, it is expected that you are comfortable in:
- Working from CEO\'s home office
- Running personal e.g. groceries and corporate errands e.g. sourcing supplies or props
- Coordinating meetings and managing communications between CEO and in-house/outsourced teams
- Accompanying the CEO to and from home/work locations, shoots and events
- Using Google Drive and MS Office
- Assisting in the creation of deliverables e.g. script, proposals, powerpoints to present to potential clients and investors
- Undertaking market research or environmental scanning in relation to projects
- Generating leads via market research, cold calling and email drafting to attract clients, business opportunities e.g. sponsorship
- Filming BTS (behind the scenes)
- Aged 24-35
- Has an impeccable command of the English language
- Living in Dubai, UAE
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Located in or ability to travel to AL BARSHA
- Ability to work during irregular timings/shifts when and if needed
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
