Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide support to the CEO. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and additional language skill in Chinese or German would be preferred. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO\'s schedule, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks, as well as handling sensitive and confidential information. This is a full-time position based in our office, with occasional travel required. Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO\'s calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and other documents
- Conduct research and prepare reports for the CEO
- Attend meetings and take notes, as required
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders, as necessary
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Manage expenses and reimbursements for the CEO
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Additional language skills in German or Chinese is preferred
- 3+ years of work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Proficient in Internet Research, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Finance\xef\xbb\xbf would be a big plus
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
