A Single Family Office is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to directly support the Principal in their Dubai office. The focus of the role is to ensure smooth, professional running of the office and provide support to the Senior Management and Principal. The successful candidate will be able to prioritise, be flexible, patient, have great attention to detail, have strong, concise communication skills at all levels and be able to remain calm under all situations. Responsibilities:
Administrative support (including HR and PRO assistance)
Drafting correspondence and ability to translate
Ensuring that the intranet and project management software is properly updated and organized (Sharepoint)
Assisting in projects
Overseeing Office and Family Office real estate maintenance & repairs
Key skills:
Excellent level of communication (both written and oral)
Confident to deal directly with the Principal
Highly organised and methodical
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage matters arising
Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Zoom, Teams, & Apple products/ software
Pro-active attitude
Capable of working in a small team
Language Requirements:
English – Immaculate
Russian – Desired
Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate and will likely be in the region of15,000 AED per month .
