Key Responsibilities:
Assist management with day-to-day operational tasks.
Manage petty cash, payments, and invoice checks.
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Answer and follow up with clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and update Excel sheets and simple reports.
Handle ad hoc errands and support with company requirements as needed.
Ensure smooth communication and support between management, clients, and suppliers.
Requirements:
candidate based in Dubai.
Valid UAE driving license (own car is a plus).
2-3 years' experience in administration, operations, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks with a positive attitude.
