We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant & Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a fast-paced, multi-brand business. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can think ahead, manage multiple responsibilities, and uphold a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee and streamline the daily operations across all business ventures, ensuring efficient systems and smooth workflows.
Schedule & Calendar Management:
Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel to ensure all engagements are well-coordinated and prioritized.
Staff Hiring & Management:
Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and staff performance oversight across the businesses.
Inventory Oversight:
Maintain inventory for the Pilates studio and other ventures, ensuring equipment and supplies are up to date and well-organized.
Social Media Support:
Execute the founder's vision for social media when needed -- assisting with scheduling, posting, and engagement to ensure a consistent and aligned presence.
Planning & Supervision:
Assist with planning shoots, coordinating with suppliers, and supervising on-ground execution.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare for and attend meetings when necessary, keeping track of follow-ups and action points.
